Transportation Systems Design, Inc.'s responsibilities for this project included: performing the preliminary site development and planning, preliminary grading plan, preliminary utility plan, primary control, surveying, and coordination with the City of Roswell and Fulton County permitting agencies for a 38-acre site to be used as a maintenance facility for several Fulton County departments. The work was performed under our annual Standby Engineering contract. An architectural firm prepared the final construction plans for this project as the building design was a major feature of that work. Consequently we were not involved in the construction or had any further dealings on the project. Deliverables included: Boundary and Topographic Survey and Preliminary Site Plans. This project is included as an example of a medium sized public project located in Fulton County and designed to meet the Fulton County Standards. The project was constructed in 1999. An important aspect of this project was coordination with multiple departments and government agencies.
