Transportation Systems Design, Inc. personnel were responsible for performing the design, engineering, hydraulic study and surveying for this project. Specifically we improved the grades, designed a 4-barrel 10' x 10' box culvert to GDOT standards, performed the GPS control, courthouse research, property owner notification, database survey, performed the FEMA study to achieve a "no-rise" situation and coordinated with the FEMA contact on behalf of Fulton County. TSD had to accommodate the entrance to a new subdivision adjacent to the project, which came on-line after we commenced the project.

Deliverables included Conceptual, Preliminary, Right-of-Way and Final Construction Plans.
