Anna Shmukler graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA with a BSCE (with Honors) and the Polytechnical Institute, Lvov, in her native Ukraine with an ASCE. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia.

With TSD, she has designed, managed and provided Quality Control on numerous GA DOT, City of Atlanta, City of Columbus, Cobb County, Fulton County, Athens-Clarke County and other projects. This includes Federal and State funded projects. She performed the Transportation Planning element of the Master Plans for projects in Georgia for the Army Corps of Engineers and overseas in Atyrau, Kazakhstan for USAID. Ms. Shmukler has extensive knowledge of Federal and GA DOT requirements. She works closely with clients in the use of Traffic Capacity Analysis, CAiCE, CEAL, Microstation and Drainage software for roadway, drainage and civil engineering plan production.

Ms. Shmukler manages an Engineering Department with Senior Transportation and Civil Engineers. They are involved in performing Drainage and Hydrological Studies; Conceptual, Preliminary & Final roadway/intersection designs and both commuter and freight rail projects; Right-of-Way plans; water/sewer designs; CADD services; Scheduling and cost estimating; Public hearing presentations; Database preparation; Pavement design and Quality Control; analyses and feasibility studies; Traffic Capacity Analysis and site development.
